Billy is a local artist based in Austin, Texas, with a background in drawing, printmaking, and photography. He earned a BA in Studio Art from Baylor University, where he studied painting under Karl Umlauf and printmaking with Berry Klingman.

After graduating, Billy worked at the prestigious Flatbed Press, where he also led night printmaking classes. His work has been exhibited at Baylor University, Concordia University, and Xnihilo Gallery in Houston, Texas, and he annually participates in the East Austin Studio Tour.

Billy is active at Christ Church of Austin, where he helps lead the Faith and Arts ministry, fostering spiritual maturity in artists through community and a theology of the arts. He lives in Southwest Austin with his wife and four children.
